There customer service is horrible . If you don't have a issue on your present order you might on your next one and you cant believe the stupid that follows.
Parts Train - Wrong Part! *** up Return
I ordered a part for my ford taurus and was sent a part for a ford truck. Unfortunately, I did not figure that out, as someone else was supposed to fix my car, until after the 30 day return policy. I was offered a return but told I would have to pay initial shipping but would receive a refund for that shipping. Now, fedex is charging me 300$ and Parts Train is claiming no responsibility despite claiming I would be reimbursed for shipping.

Parts Train - Bad service
Please don't use this company, these people don't care about there customers, these people send me wrong parts 2 times. Even I gave them my car VIN numbers still send me wrong parts .partstrain gave me my money $59.13 back but still I lost money from the auto technician which is $142.00 because it cost them 2 hr to work on the car.
