Have the company pay to ship the worthless parts back to them and give me a full refund! My car has been grounded for 2 freakin months and I've had to borrow a car to get my kids to school even, all because of such an expensive blunder by parts train!

Parts Train - Control Arm Return Review from Livingston, New Jersey

I purchased a upper control arm and could not install it right away due to poor winter weather. By the time I installed it, I was past the 30 day return period and the part did not fit properly (about 2mm too large of a pin). I wanted a return. First, they took too long to get back to me and second, they wouldn't make an exception even though it was the wrong part. I will be recommending to all of my mechanic friends to not buy anything from part strain.com
